"Angelica, Heather, and Mark - respectfully, there is a lot of room for improvement. It took me 1.5 months to get an answer back from your office staff. Here’s the time stamps: June 19th: Called and spoke with Heather “someone will reach out via email” (no email) July 1st: Emailed Mark Murray (no reply) July 29th: Called and spoke to Angelica who said she would call me back the following day with an update. (no call back) August 2nd: Called the office and was pushed to voicemail. I called using a different number and Angelica immediately answered… Yikes."

"I sent several messages about my address change when I bought my house, including messages to end my renters insurance and to update my address to ensure that I received auto insurance information. The changes were not made, and as a result I was late on my auto insurance payments and I had to pay an entire year of rental insurance, because my address wasn’t changed as requested."

From what I can see your renters was cancelled effective February and there was a refund sent to you. also, all the address changes on your cars were submitted by our office in a timely manner.
